Aim and Objectives of the Programme
The aim of the programme is to provide students with the necessary psychological concepts and theories to underpin their expertise in the field, while developing a number of key skills such as evaluative, research, interpersonal and analytical skills so that they can effectively implement their learning into practice.
The objectives of the programme are for the student to:
1.           Develop a comprehensive understanding of organisational psychology.
2.           Apply psychological principles to organisational issues.
3.           Develop research and analytical skills to address problems and challenges.
4.           Improve organisational effectiveness.
5.           Communicate their ideas effectively.
6.           Practice continuous learning to maintain and develop professional and consultancy skills.
Admission Requirements
The minimum entry requirements to the MSc Organisational Psychology programme are outlined below. Students are advised to contact the Office of Admissions to find out more about the range of equivalent international qualifications accepted.
- An accredited Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related subject incorporating a psychology component such as education, health or social work; or an unrelated Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Recognised proof of English proficiency if the Bachelor's degree was not taught in the English language.
- Copy of valid passport or national ID.
